About Rawat Ayurvedic & Panchakarma Centre

Welcome to Rawat Ayurvedic & Panchakarma Centre, a sanctuary where traditional wisdom meets compassionate healthcare. Founded under the guidance of Dr. Sangeeta Rawat, our center is dedicated to healing, rejuvenation, and restoring balance to body, mind, and spirit through authentic Ayurvedic and Panchakarma therapies. Our Philosophy: Health is not merely the absence of disease—it is the harmonious interplay of physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Through ancient Ayurvedic practices, especially Panchakarma (deep cleansing and detoxification), we aim to detoxify, restore, and revitalize the body’s internal ecosystem. This holistic approach ensures long-term wellness rather than just temporary relief.

About Dr. Sangeeta Rawat

Dr. Sangeeta Rawat (BAMS) is an experienced Ayurvedic physician and Panchakarma specialist with over two decades of service in the field of Ayurveda. A graduate of the prestigious State Ayurvedic College, Gurukul Kangri, she began her career as a House Officer at Gurukul Kangri Hospital (Haridwar), where she gained valuable clinical training.

She then served for ten years at the Himalayan Institute Hospital Trust (HIHT) (Dehradun) in the Ayurvedic Department, providing consultations and Panchakarma therapies that benefitted many patients and deepened her expertise in holistic healing.

Following this, Dr. Rawat worked for another decade with the Uttarakhand State Government (AYUSH Department), where she contributed to health programs covering schools, women’s wellness, geriatric care, herbal plantation, Yoga promotion, and public awareness camps. She was also recognized for her dedicated service during the COVID-19 pandemic, motivating communities to adopt Ayurveda for immunity and well-being.

After taking voluntary retirement, she established her own Panchakarma Centre, continuing her mission to spread the healing wisdom of Ayurveda. Through Panchakarma therapies, Ayurvedic consultation, and Yoga, she is dedicated to guiding people toward balance, vitality, and a healthier way of life. In line with this vision, she founded the Rawat Ayurvedic Panch Karma Centre on 2024, marking a new chapter in her journey of healing and service.
